Chuck and Jenny found each other through an ad in the newspaper, and as Chuck puts it, it was a "match made in heaven."At the time, Chuck was looking to adopt an African Grey Parrot, but happened across an ad for Jenny first, and says that they bonded from the moment they first met.
Around the house, Jennifer Lynn has proven herself to be a very well behaved bird, according to her owner.
"She is rarely confined to her cage because she is so trustworthy" Chuck says. "This magnificent creature is an absolute joy to be around. To know her is to love her, and to be made aware of and have bestowed upon you the purest form of love you could possibly imagine!"
Well said, Chuck. That's why Jennifer Lynn is the very first Bird of the Week -- she embodies everything that's wonderful about being able to keep pet birds in our homes.
